Mentors should check in outside SB1 2100 before the prep session begins. You’ll receive your name tag and any handouts needed for the interviews. Staff will be available to escort groups upstairs to the CIWM Conference Room. Please arrive by 10:30 AM so we can start the mentor walkthrough on time.
This session will walk mentors through the interview format, timing, question flow, and how to access your assignments in the Sched app. We’ll also cover how to give meaningful feedback to mentees. Please have your Sched page open to follow along.
